I have bought my son Fifa 07 Soccer for the Nintendo DS but have just noticed that it’s the American version

Is there any reason why it shouldn’t work in the UK as it says on the cover “for sale, rental and USE only in USA, Canada, Mexico and Latin America” ?

As the nintendo DS is a handheld console it is region free – any game will work on it. To the person that said it would be a PAL game – this only effects the TV you play console games on, therefore is not applicable to a handheld, the screens on the DS, Gameboy and PSP etc are all standard.

Having said that if they charged you full price I’d take it back, if you bought it in the UK.
