I’m asking about the version on Xbox 360 and I’ve already unlocked 2; the fight between Kojiro Sasaki and Musashi Miyamoto and the conversation with Nagamasa Azai and Oichi.

I don’t know about cheat wise, but you could always search for them on youtube.com. They should have all the movies there.
